 No. A lot of the practices we help already have IT support in place. We're happy to work alongside your current team, or just run the readiness review and hand the findings over. The goal is to serve you, not to force a change. 


 I don't want my staff to know I'm thinking about selling.Everything we do on the transition side is discreet. The walkthrough happens outside clinic hours if you prefer, and our written summary goes only to you. If you're working with a broker or attorney, we loop them in at your direction. 


 It's never too early to have clean documentation and a solid security posture — that's just good practice ownership. If you're further out, the checklist is still useful, and a short call can help you plan around the timeline you're considering. 


 Then speed matters. We can do a focused review in a compressed window and help you address the items most likely to show up in their due diligence. Call us and let's talk through the situation.
